WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO RENT THE VEHICLE?
Eligibility criteria are:
1) Above 24 years old and 4 years driving experience
2) Not blacklisted from other rental company.
3) Do not have criminal record.
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT?
Zero. However we will collect upfront weekly payment.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment through Paynow: 201625991Z or Internet funds transfer to our bank: 04031041295 Maybank Singapore Limited.
WHERE IS THE LOCATION TO COLLECT THE RENTED VEHICLE?
Location for collection will either be Kim Chuan Terrace or Rivervale Crescent
WHAT IF THE VEHICLE BREAKS DOWN?
Please call us asap. We will send you the tow truck number to tow the vehicle to our workshop.
DO YOU HAVE A REPLACEMENT CAR WHEN VEHICLE IS UNDER REPAIR?
Replacement car will be provided subject to availability. If none available, we will waive off rental fees whenever car is in workshop.
WHAT IS THE INSURANCE EXCESS?
$2000 for third party claims and $2000 for own damages.
Insurance excess in Malaysia is $4000 for third party claims and $4000 for own damages.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO DRIVE TO WEST MALAYSIA?
You can drive to West Malaysia. However, insurance excess will be doubled and we do not cover tow fees and repairs in Malaysia.
ARE THE VEHICLES REGISTERED UNDER Z10/Z11?
Most of our cars are registered under Z10/Z11. Please check with us to confirm.
